Courses, Events, and Meditation: Spreading the Culture of Holistic Wellness
Under the aegis of Shiva&Shakti, Masters Roberto and Giusi dedicate their many years of experience to spreading the culture of wellness through training courses and a rich calendar of events. Our courses delve deeper into the holistic and tantric disciplines and techniques discussed above (massage, Kundalini energy, bioemotional awareness). But our work isn't limited to the studio: we regularly organize various events both inside and outside the studio, such as open days and guided meditation sessions in evocative natural settings. We believe that contact with nature enhances the experience of centering and awakening. Our goal is to create a community of enlightened and conscious people, providing the practical and spiritual tools to experience one's vital energy with wholeness, love, and harmony.
